I studied under soundhealing artist and composer Lawrence Libert, I am privileged to act as a guide for Cōpe, an organization offering support to those facing a life-changing diagnosis, have led yoga alongside artist East Forest at the Midway in San Francisco, performed at the San Francisco Decorator Showcase House, have presented at Gasshohouse retreat space in Marin, and led retreats and workshops for yoga, cacao ceremony, Ecstatic Dance, and sound healing locally and internationally, and have provided executive wellness events for Poshmark, Intuit/QuickBooks, Toyota, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Liftoff, Robin Hood, Palo Alto Medical Foundation, Modern Art Gallery, Carmel-by-the-Sea and others.
