I believe strongly in the transformational power of yoga and its ability to create union and balance. For me, yoga is the ability to come home to myself in self-care while simultaneously connecting to the collective consciousness, and to allow the practice to positively affect all other aspects of my life. So pleased to pair Yoga with guided meditation, breath work and sound healing, as the transmutative frequencies create brain wave entrainment for relaxed brain waves, affect the body on a cellular level, bring the body into a parasympathetic nervous state where it can heal, and create a sense of present moment peace and joy… we are all experiencing so much stress, what the brain needs is not to think on solving the stress which causes more stress, but to reset and just be! My goal is to be a healing presence for all those I practice with and the energy I hope to create is a welcome, open environment, a place for play and exploration, for discovery of strengths, intentional compassion and mindfulness, and a combination of deep grounding and lightness. My wish is for each student to feel peaceful, grounded, re-energized and centered, and to have that feeling expand into all areas of their life. Currently facilitating a gentle yoga and sound healing class at Peacebank Yoga 5 PM Tuesdays and offering one on one in home sessions.
